Break-out Plan #5 *Disclaimer* I didn’t have a breakout

session as they wrote their midterm this past session but this
would be a hypothetical breakout plan

 Mentees will learn the importance of proper rest and
sleep
 Mentees will hopefully be able to apply some tips to
navigate through their busy schedules to find the
necessary rest that they need

 Sleep problems are a common occurrence for post-
secondary students
 Up to 60% of all college students suffered from poor
sleep quality
 Speak on my experience of trying to pull an all-nighter  2
