MOTION FOR EXTENSION

TO FILE COMMENT

DEFENDANT, VICENTA T. GUIYAB, by herself, respectfully

alleges:

1. Defendant received a Summons of the Honorable Court on

November 5, 2020 requiring her to file Comment to the
Complaint within fifteen (30) days after service of the
Summons;

2. The defendant is still in the process of collating her

documentary evidence to controvert the complaint against her;

3. The period within which to file her Comment expires on

December 05, 2020, for this reason she is begging the kind
consideration of the Honorable Court to grant her thirty (30)
days from December 05, 2020 to January 04, 2021, within
which to comply with the Summons of this Honorable Court.
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of

the Honorable Court for an extension of THIRY (30) days from June
December 05, 2020 to January 04, 2021 to file necessary
Answer/Comment concerning of the above-entitled case.

Such other relief and remedies under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
