Roles & Responsibility

 Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration
with management and stakeholders.
 Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained.
 Manage and drive projects through the entire lifecycle – Design, Build, Transition (handover
to RUN) and project closure. `
 Tracks all activities against the project plan, providing regular and accurate reports to
stakeholders, as appropriate and manages stakeholder expectations.
 Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
 Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery
of the projects.
 Monitors budgets, timescales and resources used, and acts where these deviate from agreed
tolerances.
 Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through
interaction with stakeholders and Technical Teams.
 Ensures successful transition of all environments to the “RUN” organization with all the
required documents.
 Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
 Ensures that projects are formally closed, and the lessons learned are captured and
actioned.
 Evaluates and makes recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate
working with the Design Architect team.
 Ensure that projects are delivered in line with processes, standards and engagement model.
Job Description – Management Trainee

 Help resolve issues affecting the infrastructure including performance, process and service
issues, during the Project and PGLS Phase.
 Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.

Qualification & Experience (if required)

 MBA/ PGDM

Skill Sets required


 Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
 Career bend towards Project Mgmt.
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 Established academic and previous job record
