OBJECTIVE
A Master’s Degree ESL instructor with two years of experience in applying language
learning for in-person and online classrooms. Adept at teaching the English language to
learners of varying ages, language backgrounds, and mental abilities. Motivated and
passionate about facilitating multilingualism by adding English proficiency to a learner’s
language repertoire.

• Interned as an instructor for an advanced level group of college aged students in an
online Community English language class.
• Creatively tailored lessons by incorporating different teaching theories, activities,
instruction strategies and assessment tools into lesson plans.
• In a timely manner, graded weekly assignments, observed student progress, maintained
student records, had continuous contact with students, and regularly posted course
announcements to students.
• Practiced effective cross-cultural communication skills with students from a variety of
