Men’s Notes:
As we resume golf after a long six weeks, we need to continue with health and safety in
mind, so please check out www.golfireland.ie for a safe return to golf protocols.

There is plenty of competition organized for every golfer. This Saturday’s Pavilion Cup
(poy) has had such demand that we have decided to extend it into Sunday for those who
couldn’t get a time slot on Saturday. The Clonmel plumbing Christmas Hamper will also be
running on Sunday 6th December.

With huge demand for golf please use BRS at all times, which is a requirement of the Golf
Ireland protocol. Please remove your name in good time if you are unable to make your
tee times.

Only arrive 15 mins before your BRS slot

Sign in and enter all scores on the Computer systems regardless of how good or bad your
score is as this assists card checking to be completed in a timely manner if possible.

As always with winter golf some holes may be closed and as always please repair divots,
plug marks, avoid slow play etc.

Club AGM
Our Club AGM will take place via Zoom on Thursday December 10th at 8pm. Invites to
join this meeting will be emailed to each member prior to the AGM.
The notice, minutes, nominations, motions sheet and fees schedule have all been emailed out
to members.
Closing date for receipt of nominations and motions is Saturday 5th December. They may
be returned by email or directly to the office.

CLUB LOTTO
Once again Clonmel Golf Club Lotto was suspended on the 24th October 2020 due to the
COVID-19 Level 5 Restrictions. The Lotto will resume next Saturday the 5th December
2020. (5 Draws suspended). The draw will continue to take place in the Clubhouse Bar
on Saturday evening after 4.30pm. If you wish to purchase a ticket with the same numbers
on a weekly basis, please advise one of the Lotto Committee. We will arrange for the
appropriate fee to be collected weekly or monthly. Those tickets that were purchased for the
suspended draw of the 24th October 2020 will be included in the draw on Saturday evening.
The jackpot for Saturday evening next is €8,800.
