Lisa Marie Chiappetta is an experienced and talented civil and appellate litigator, having handled a wide variety of plaintiff and defense cases,
including construction defect, general negligence, premises liability, breach of contract, medical malpractice, civil rights and wrongful death.
Ms. Chiappetta has successfully negotiated, mediated, arbitrated, and tried cases to optimal resolution, thereby effectuating multi-million dollar
settlements for her private clients in the areas of personal injury, construction defect, wrongful death, and complex bad-faith insurance cases.

Ms. Chiappetta graduated from Western State University College of Law in 2004. During law school, Ms. Chiappetta externed for U.S. District
Court Senior Judge Robert M. Takasugi, where she received invaluable insight while providing assistance and research for his Honor on
pending criminal and civil litigation. She also served as a Dean Scholar, mentoring first-year law school students regarding studying
techniques and effective writing skills. Ms. Chiappetta continues to be involved at Western State as Director of "Raise the Bar," a bar study
program designed to help law students prepare for the California bar exam.

Ms. Chiappetta obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in Sociology from San Diego State University.
