Eighteenth Element Yoga Teacher Training Contract

This Teacher Training Contract sets forth the terms and conditions under which I will attend and
Participate in EEY teacher certification presented by Eighteenth Element Yoga, LLC, and the
terms and conditions governing my use of the EEY methods, techniques, systems, procedures
and proprietary written and recorded materials.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY

BINDING CONTRACT, AND WILL BE BOUND BY THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH BELOW.

I understand and agree that:

1. The Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) YTT Application deposit (previously submitted)
and Contract deposit $ enclosed are non-refundable, however, they are applied
to my tuition balance.
2. That there are NO refunds for deposits or program tuition. If I do not complete the
program, any outstanding tuition balance remains due and will be collected accordingly.

I understand and agree that, in order to become a certified Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY)
Yoga Teacher:

1. I must attend, fully participate in, and successfully complete the 200-hour certification
course Presented by Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) , LLC, as more fully described in
the course description materials available on the Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY)
blackboard Syllabus.
2. Whether I have successfully completed the Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) Yoga
Teacher Training Program will be determined by Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) , LLC,
at its sole discretion, based on my demonstrated command of the skills necessary to
teach safe, accessible Yoga classes.
3. Prior to teaching any Karma classes I will purchase Liability Insurance listing
Eighteenth Element Yoga on the policy. I understand that in order to complete my
certification I must teach those said Karma classes. I will provide Eighteenth Element
Yoga, LLC a Certificate of Liability by Feb. 14th 2018.

I understand and agree that, if and when I become a certified Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY)
Yoga Teacher:
1. I am entitled to teach yoga classes in the method and style taught in the Eighteenth
Element Yoga (EEY) Yoga Teacher Training Program.
2. Following successful completion of the Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) Yoga
Teacher Training Program, to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I
acknowledge that I must register with Yoga Alliance, pay all necessary fees, abide by
their ethics and successfully complete continuing education credits as they mandate.

This Agreement will
terminate, and all rights granted to me hereby will automatically
Terminate, upon the first to occur of: (a) my failure to successfully complete the Eighteenth
Element Yoga (EEY) Yoga Teacher Training Program; (b) my failure to comply with any of the

Terms and conditions of this Agreement; (c) my failure to adhere to the standards established
by Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) from time to time for certified Eighteenth Element Yoga
(EEY) Yoga teachers. Immediately upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, I will
return all Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) Yoga Materials in my possession or control to
Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY), LLC.

Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY), LLC WILL BE NOT BE LIABLE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT
LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY), TO ME OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL RISKS, INJURIES OR DAMAGES,
ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR WHICH MIGHT BE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF
PARTICIPATING IN THESE CLASSES, EVEN IF Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY), LLC HAS
BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH COSTS OR DAMAGES.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between Eighteenth Element Yoga (EEY) , LLC
and me concerning its subject matter and supersedes any understandings or agreements to the
Contrary, including any oral representations or other statements. The failure of Eighteenth
Element Yoga (EEY), LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver
of any such provision or any other provision.

Tuition Options:

Payment in Full:

Option F1: $2700 by September 15th, 2017

Option F2: $3000 by October 15th, 2017
Option F3: $3200 by November 15th, 2017
Option F4: $3500 by December 15th, 2017

*If Cancelled by December 1st, 2017 Full tuition less $250 will be refunded within 14 days. After December
1st there is a $500 non-refundable fee. No refunds after December 16th.

Payment Plans:
Option P1: $250 Deposit by September 15th, 2017 to secure $2850 rate
Option P2: $350 Deposit by October 15th, 2017 to secure $3000 Rate
Option P3: $450 Deposit by November 15th, 2017 to secure $3200 rate
Option P4: $500 Deposit by December 15th, 2017 to secure $3500 rate

*If Payment plan is selected 1/2 of tuition option must be paid by February 26th. Final payments must be
made by May 1st. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
