This document provides an isolation risk assessment for work on the closed drain drum at the Sangachal Terminal. It describes isolating the drum without being able to disconnect all lines as the valves and break out spools were not included in the original design. Safety procedures have been issued and the drum will be positively isolated with spades. The proposed isolation is acceptable due to safety measures outlined in the issued procedures to mitigate risks like asphyxiation if the isolation were to fail.
