    Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Parish in Derby, CT is hosting a monthly drive-by food drive on December 6th from 12-1 PM at St. Jude Church parking lot to benefit St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank. Volunteers will gather donations from car trunks in a contactless manner. Suggested high need items include canned vegetables, soup, cereal, sugar, pancake mix and other non-perishables.

    A Monthly Drive-By Food Drive to benefit


    St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank

    Sunday, December 6, 2020, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

    St. Jude Church Parking Lot, 71 Pleasant View Rd, Derby

    Contactless drop-off – pop your trunk and our volunteers will gather
    your donations.

    Help us fill St. Vincent de Paul’s shelves ahead of the holidays. The
    following are suggested high need items:

    • Pancake mix/syrup • 4lb sugar bags


    • Cereal boxes • Muffin Mix
    • Tea bag boxes • Cup-o-noodles
    • All canned veggies • Mayonnaise
    • Ready-to-eat soup • Jelly
    • Saltines • Grocery store gift cards or
    • Jarred pasta sauce donations to assist with
    • Jarred gravy the purchase of meat and
    • Powdered potatoes perishables.
    • Canned yams
