Dear Staff:

I am pleased to announce the promotion of John David as a new Marketing Head of Resource
Inc. John worked for our company for twelve years and has climbed the professional ladder
with absolute adeptness which is rare nowadays.

As a marketing manager of Resource Inc., he has brought a huge percentage of the company's
business. His influence on sales and business retention has been substantial and he possesses
an excellent record of customer relations and timely service delivery.

During John's time in the marketing department, he has taken on additional responsibility and
worked extra hours to meet deadlines. We anticipate that as head of the marketing
department, John's input and work aggression will be multifold. His work duties now include
creating and implementing marketing plans for the Amadeus Project that has been entrusted
to the company. He will be leading the marketing team through this five-year project and will
also be working on various other concurrent projects.

Let us all congratulate John on her outstanding performance in previous years which led to
her promotion

today. I wish him luck for all the future endeavors he undertakes.

Analysis of Provided business letter with 7 concepts of communication:

1. Clear: as we can see in the email the every thing is clearly defined like subject of the
email make it very clear about the purpose and objective of the information. No complex
language and phrases are used in the letter.
2. Concise: the letter also complies with this concept by elaborating precisely about the topic
by not using any vague sentences or words but in body paragraph 3 the writer explained
slightly more about the person which could be minimised to control the extra length of the
information.
3. Concrete: the concreteness level of the letter is very good the writer made good facts for
his information and well supported the message. The information is well segmented into

4. Correct: the information is very correct there is no language error and information without
