Check your paper if it is following this format or not.

See this checklist:

1. Abstract:
This is the format of the abstract:

An abstract is 250-300 words that summarize your proposal. The format is as

follows: 2-3 sentences that introduce your topic. Then, present your Main
objective. Next is to present your Methodology that includes the Method of
your study (i.e. mixed method), Design, Sampling, and Participants, and lastly,
the significant results (both positive and negative). Its margin aside from the
default margin is 1 inch from the right and 1 inch from the left then justified. It
is also a single space. The word ‘keyword’ should be italic and the keywords
are 5 words (not italic) that are very important to your study.

Keywords: Abstract, sampling, design, Grade 11

2. METHODOLOGY to RECOMMENDATIONS:

Remove all FUTURE TENSES! Change to PAST TENSE!

3. TABLES:
Tables should be labeled as tables and figures as a figure. Under RESULTS,
before presenting the tables, present the results first. Make sure what is in the
presentation is the same numbers that are reflected in the table.

As seen in Table 23, the respondents under the factor Doing Research manifest

the students' experience of doing research. All three (3) statements gained a mean rating

of 3.37 (s=0.953) with the mean rating of Agree. Statement sixty-seven (67) gained the

highest mean of 4.44 (s=.887) stating that “I believe research should be removed from

the K to 12 curricula” translated as strongly agree. Meanwhile, statement eighteen (18)

got the lowest rating of 2.27 (s=1.098) stating that “I hate doing research” with a rating

of Disagree.

DESCRIPTIVE RATING

Or under frequency distribution,

As reflected in table 3, the gender of the respondents, the total sample

population is one hundred (N=100). There are fifty (n=50, 50.00%) male respondents

and fifty (n=50, 50.00%) female respondents in the total number of respondents.

Table 3
Respondents per gender
Gender Frequency Percentage
Male 50 50.00%
Female 50 50.00%
Total 100 100%

As manifested on table 2, there are fifty (n=50, 50.00%) grade 9 respondents and

fifty (n=50, 50.00%) grade 10 among the total number of respondents.

Table 2
Respondents per grade level
Grade Level Frequency Percentage
Grade 9 50 50.00%
Grade 10 50 50.00%
Total 100 100%
90% level of confidence, 5% margin of error

Note that if you have different grade levels, present them per grade level NOT
per section.
Another, qualitative. If you don’t have teacher respondent never place “Key
Informants Emerging Concept” instead retain salient points.

As presented in table 85, under the factors ‘Satisfaction in Doing Research’,

shows the students strategies in doing research. Students' strategies include: reading lots

of related literature, reading similar studies with the one that I’m doing, watching

YouTube tutorials on research, and taking notes during the discussion.

4. Discussion:

I have observed that MOST of you just repeat what is said in the results part.
Some include a mean rating. THAT IS NOT THE PROPER WAY UNDER
DISCUSSION.
I want you to look again and review your results under QUANTITATIVE and
QUALITATIVE (most of you only noted/ discussed that are under the interview-
qualitative and neglect the quantitative. You are using a mixed-method, hence, it is but
right and proper to note both. So, go back to your results, note the significant results,
DISCUSS EACH FACTOR, and SUPPORT EACH FACTOR with related literature.
DO NOT just enumerate and conclude it with an RL. This is the time to answer your
Statement of the Problem. Discuss the important outcome ANSWER YOUR SOP
LENGTHILY AND THOROUGHLY! (Not one paragraph D%#@ A$$!)

5. INDENTION
NEVER FORGET TO INDENT. That’s basic D%#@ A$$!
6. CONCLUSION
Much have been said in the discussion, conclude your study. Meaning, tell us
about the meaning of your TITLE by concluding with what was said in the discussion
part.

7. GRAMMAR!

9. APPENDICES:
 Letters
o Principal
o Academic Coordinator/s
o Advisers
o Subject Teachers
 Survey Questionnaire
 Informed Consent
 Thematic Analysis

10. Appendix note (on the body):

Never forget to insert appendix on your body. Do it only ONCE not repetitive. Where to
put it? On the most significant part where it should be labeled.

Example:

Letters of permission was written to the Principal (Appendix S), Academic Coordinators
(Appendix W, X & Y), and Advisers (Appendix L, M, N, O & P). Students were asked to sign
informed consent (Appendix O) before answering the survey questionnaire (Appendix E). As
seen in the thematic analysis (Appendix J).

11. Review of Related Literature:

If your related studies both local and foreign in your RRL is less than 20, add
more. Read it again, make it coherent.

12. Sampling
If it is either probability or non-probability, simple random sampling or snow
ball or purposive, explain how you executed it. Did you draw lots on random sampling?
Did you only included the Top 10 or lower 10 or those who have failing grades? How
did you do it? Explain. Also, define your sampling with and RL to justify that your
sampling is valid.
Compute your sample population properly.

You might say, “ka-arate naman at ang daming pinapagawa”.

Take note, I’ve told you already. When doing it, let’s do it right.
Hence, I’m teaching you the right thing and you do it right. In
everything that you do give your best effort.
I believe you are THE BEST, so I’m teaching you only what is
BEST and I want you to give me the BEST because you are THE
BEST! That’s the ROSALIMAN SPIRIT!

That’s our ANIMO!
