The circuit I choose to do today is the cardio 20 minutes one


(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwkrup_TG6I). The reasons why I choose this circuit is that
it sounds not too tired for me to do in the morning. After I do the exercise, I feel very tired and
exhausted. I did this circuit for 17 to 20 minutes.The next video I would choose to do for the next
class is the cardio workout.

Today I chose to do the cardio workout and the reason why I chose it is because It looks not too
hard to do. After the circuit, I am very tired because it turns out to be pretty hard to do. The next

Today, I choose to do the 20 min muscle builder because it is still in the morning and I am very
sleepy so I choose the shortest one. The next video I will do is the K Pop dance workout.

Today, I decided to do the K Pop dance workout and I do not have any specific reason. It is just
that K Pop song might help me wanted to do the exercise and finish the video. The next video I

Today, I chose to do this BTS DANCE CARDIO. I decided to choose this one because I think
that choosing Kpop songs would help me deal with boredom in doing exercises. The next video

Today, I decided to do the BTS K POP Dance cardio 2 and the reason is the same with the day
above, which is about Kpop songs that can help me deal with boredom while exercising. The

Today, I did not do any exercise because I have a meeting with my counsellor about my
university plan.

Today, I did the Fat loss body shred and I think that it is very tired after doing it. The next video I
will be doing is the legs, bums, and tums video.

Today, the video I did is the legs, bums, and tums video and it makes me feel fresher in the
morning and the exercise was not too harsh. I am not sure what workout I will be doing next
because I did nearly all the exercises in this weeks workout and there are 2 left which is the
muscle builder and 6 pack workout, so I am still thinking of which one I should do.

Today, the exercise I did is the HITT beginner video and I did not go for the advanced one
because I think it is too hard and exhausted to do. The next video I will be doing is the fat burn
beginner Chloe Ting.

Today, I decided that I will do the Fat burn beginner Chloe Ting exercise and the reason why I
choose this one is that all the advanced looks too difficult to follow and I might not be able to
catch up. The next video I will be doing is the lower body beginner.

Today, I choose to do the lower body beginner video and I think that this video is easy to follow
and it only takes around 10 minutes to complete but still it hurts my legs so much because the
exercise are all about the lower body. The next video I will do is the Upper Body toning and
beginner.

Today, I did the Upper Body toning and beginner and it is very tiring after doing the exercise. I
didn’t decide which video I will be doing next yet.
