In an NBI documentation package, the principles for updating the documents in each
folder are:
1. Data Lists: All documents are updated to match the current software version
irrespective of changes.
2. Disuse Data Lists: The documents involving NBI-related changes are updated and
those not involving NBI-related changes remain unchanged.
3. Data Changes: Even if no NBI-related changes are involved, a data sheet is
still generated for the current upgrade path in each document and all columns are
filled with "None".
4. Materials for Communication: Same as Disuse Data Lists.
