Greetings of peace and health!

As the end of first quarter approaches, we would like to bring to your attention some important
details and guidelines as to how the FIRST QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT be administered considering
the new set up of education for the School Year 2020 – 2021. The examination will be based on the
lesson covered by each subject teacher since the start of the academic year. The details of the
examination schedule are attached.

In addition, the following guidelines shall be read in conjunction with the schedule attached
herewith;

1. Examinations run from October 26, 2020 (Monday) to October 29, 2020 (Thursday).
2. Take only the subjects intended for the particular day/date.
3. Follow the specified time allotted for each subject.
4. Subject teachers/advisers will only entertain concerns or questions during the scheduled
date, day, and time of their subjects handled.
5. Use only the questionnaire and extra paper given or provided by the school.
6. Ensure that the test paper is not crumpled, and is complete upon returning. Any loss of
pages is not our held.
7. Submission of answered test papers will be on October 30, 2020 from 8:00 AM to
11:30 AM only.
8. Learners who chose to have their First Quarterly Assessment sent via email are to follow
the guidelines as well. Use the format below for your answers:

As a partner of your child’s education, we are giving you the full trust to facilitate and
monitor your child during the examination. Let’s keep in our mind that teaching our child to be
