Working Experience & Skills

1) Currently working in PEW Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata as a Site Supervisor(projects) from June ,
2018 to present.
Responsibilities:-
• Supervision of workmen(foreman, welder, fitter, painter, helper) and planning, scheduling & execution
of works: assembly of ms & ss pipes and valve items, screwing(nut-bolt), welding(flux cored arc),
cutting(oxy-acetylene gas, oxy-propane gas, plasma arc, magnetic drill cutter) at shop floor;
• Ensuring quality of works(arc welding joints, screwing joints, gas cutting, leak-proof pneumatic testing
of fully fitted feed pressure twin pipe air brake system of Railway wagons with 6 kg/cm² air pressure) by
visual inspection & corrective actions.
• Managing materials at store, foreseeing inventory of materials, incoming of materials from factory and
exiting of defective and rejected materials from store, timely audit of materials.
• Arranging timely maintenance of 3Φ, 440V rectifier and transformer welding machines and other
equipment, maintaining 3M(man, material & machine) for continuance of smooth production, following
5S method at store and shop floor.
• Maintaining safety standards at shop floor- PPEs, EHS, First aid box.
• Protective coating(painting) on ms pipes and plates, ms angles, valve items, welded joints by paint
spraying guns and brushes by following stripping, priming(2 coats) and painting(2 coats) respectively to
ensure mirror polished painting.
• Processing of bills, documentation for the completed works to get the payments from client, cooperation
with contractor and client officials on behalf of our company.

2) Previously worked in GKN Driveline India Ltd., Pune as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee from
Oct,2017 to Mar,2018(6 months).

Responsibilities:-
• Quality control/Quality assurance, inspection of products by gauges & naked eye, crack detection by
magnetic particle inspection, 5S at work place.

3) Previously worked in Pragati Polymer Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee from
July,2017 to Oct,2017 (3 months).
