abstract is to briefly provide the reader with the most important information
from
the entire text.
Dedication This is the page for dedicating the thesis to certain people or groups who
have inspired the researchers while doing the thesis.
Table of Contents The table of contents is essentially a topic outline of the thesis. It is
compiled by listing the headings in the thesis down to whichever level you
choose.
List of Tables / Include a list of figures (illustrations) and a list of tables if you have one or
List of Figures more items in these categories. Use a separate page for each list. List the
number, caption, and page number of every figure and table in the body of
the thesis.
Statement of the The specific objectives of the action research are presented in question
Problem form. They are arranged logically and are introduced using a paragraph
that contains the primary purpose of the study.
Significance of the This expresses the value or important of the study or the contribution of the

Study result.
Scope and Limitation These part identifies the boundary or coverage of the study in term of
subjects, objectives, facilities, areas time frame and issues to which the
research is focused. Limitation define the constraints or weaknesses that
are not within the control of the researcher.
METHODOLOGY This part includes the research design, research locale, research
population and sample, data gathering procedure, research instrument,
and statistical treatment of data.
Research Design Research method which may be employed by the researcher should be
thoroughly discussed here. This means, the researcher has to begin the
discussion with a brief description of method to be used in the completion
of this study and how it will be utilized by the researcher in the attainment
of his action research objectives.
Sources of Data Sources of Data can be classified into 2 types. Statistical sources refer to
data that are gathered for some official purposes and incorporate
censuses and officially administered surveys. Non-statistical sources refer
to the collection of data for other administrative purposes or for the private
sector.
Instrumentation and Data Data collection methods were focused on the following’s basic techniques.
Collection These included secondary and primary data collections focusing on both
qualitative and quantitative data as defined in the previous section. The
data collection mechanisms are devised and prepared with their proper
procedures.
Tools for Data Analysis Data analysis method follows the procedures listed under the following
sections. The data analysis part answered the basic questions raised in
the problem statement
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION The Results (or Findings) section follows the Methods and precedes the
Discussion section. This is where the authors provide the data collected
during their study. That data can sometimes be difficult to understand
because it is often quite technical. Do not let the Discussion section follows
the Results and precedes the Conclusions and Recommendations section.
It is here that the authors indicate the significance of their results. They
answer the question, “Why did we get the results we did?” This section
provides logical explanations for the results from the study. t this intimidate
you; you will discover the significance of the results next.
SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS A recapitulation of this investigation’s purposes, methodology generated
AND RECOMMENDATIONS from findings, analysis and responses collected from the questionnaires
and supported by personal observations are presented in this chapter.
The conclusions drawn from the findings and recommendations offered are
also included in this portion.
Summary This describes the problem, research design, and the findings (answer to
4
Conclusion These are brief, generalized statements in answer to the general and each
of the specific sub-problems. These contain generalized in relation to the
population.
Recommendations They should be based on the findings and conclusion of the study.
Recommendations may be specific or general or both. They may include
suggestions for further studies.
