The “Bullying” is a term of English origin, that means physical or
psychological the aggression, of intentional form, constantly practiced
for a pupil or group of pupils on a colleague or more fragile group of
pupils.
One is about a behavior that seats in a different relation of being able
between the intervening ones; he occurs constantly and of a hostile
form and the considered pupils white have, normally, one or another
characteristic that differentiates them of excessively (they use
eyeglasses, they are fat, they are best or the worse ones of the
group, dress or they think in different way, between many other
reasons).
Between the children and the young, “bullying” can assume serious
ratios and to reflect itself in an antisocial behavior with very serious
consequences for the future, wants for the aggressive pupils, wants
for the attacked pupils.

“Bullying” can be classified of two forms: the direct one, through
physical violence and undirected, moral aggression.

the aggressive pupil in embarrassing situations and are victims of
offensive nicknames, threats, discrimination, isolation and group
exclusion, persecution, siege, verbal humiliation, robberies and, for
times, physical aggression and vandalism or destruction of its goods

One another recent type of “bullying” is “cyber-bullying”. In this in
case that, the new technologies of the information are used to insult
and to intimidate (for example: electronic messages the colleagues
with the intention of defaming them and intimidating).
5
The masculine sex is most inclined to “bullying”, especially to the
direct one, However, this problem also affect girls, through usually
practical of defamation and exclusion of groups.
“Bullying” occurs more easily in schools with a deficient supervision
on the part of the adults, either for the insufficient number of
education assistant or for the excess of pupils, and in schools where it
does not have one had playful and cultural accompaniment in the
intervals and free times.
When the aggressive pupils have conditions to continue to exert its
power, all the others finish for being, direct or undirected, affected.
The anxiety and the fear are accented generically, when the
aggressive behaviors do not bring any consequences for the pupils
who practice them.
The lack of preparation of the schools for these cases is problematic,
the professors attends, many times, the acts of violence of little
perceivable origin, that finish for being decided with punishments to
both the involved parts. The pupil, considered victim, is punished by
disturbs that he did not cause and he feels themselves, generally,
victim of an injustice being able later also it to come to be the causer
of new disturbs.
