Check out this routine given by an Office Manager:

I usually wake up early in the morning with a positive spirit then I take a refreshing shower and wear an
appropriate shirt, trousers and black shoes. After that I have a healthy breakfast with my wife and my little
daughter. Next I take the public transport when I am plenty of time but if I do not have enough time I always
take a taxi to reach the office on time. I start to work at 9:00 am but I have a short break to have lunch from
1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. At work I often respond and send emails, make some business calls and communicate a
lot of things to my boss. I finish work at 5:00 pm but sometimes I have to stay there for little more time. On
my way to home I always go to the gym and go to the market to buy some food. Finally I get home around
7:00 pm; there I watch Netflix with my family or play the guitar in the living room. Finally I eat a snack, take a
shower and go to sleep.
