Republic of the Philippines City of Cebu OFFICE OF THE MAYOR EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 105-4 Series of 2020 “AN ORDER AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 105, SERIES OF 2020 TITLED "AN ORDER ESTABLISHING THE GUIDELINES FOR TRAVEL INTO THE CITY OF CEBU” WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 105, Series of 2020 was released on November 16, 2020 providing for the guidelines to be followed by persons from other provinces who wish to travel to Cebu City; WHEREAS, there is. need to amend the aforementioned Executive Order in order to clarify its scope and applicability; NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDGARDO C. LABELLA, City Mayor of the City of Cebu, by virtue of the powers vasted in me by law, do hereby order: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Executive Order No. 105, Series of 2020 is hereby amended as follows: "SECTION 1. TITLE. This Executive Order shal! be known as "The Guidelines for Travel of Persons into the City of Cebu from Other Provinces Outside Cebu. ”” SECTION 2. Section 2 of Executive Order No. 105, Series of 2020 is hereby amended as follows: “SECTION 2, APPLICABILITY. These guidelines shall be applicable to all persons Who intend to travel to Cebu City from other provinces outside Cebu Province via the airport and seaports. These guidelines shall nat cover persons coming from ather local government units within Cebu Province, as well as retuming or repatriated Overseas Filipina Werkers (OFWs) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFS).” SECTION 3, SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. Should any provision of this Executive Order be deciared by a court of competent jurisdiction as invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions not otherwise adversely affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.Republic of the Philippines City of Cebu OFFICE OF THE MAYOR SECTION 4. REPEALING CLAUSE. Any and all executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations, memoranda of the City of Cebu or any part thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Executive Order are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. SECTION 5. EFFECTIVITY. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon signing hereof and shall remain effective until revoked.
