 ABSTRACT
Going through the present investigation of challenges and prospects of Hotels in Ilaro, many
findings and results were made in the service and finance oriented organizations. The result
postulated that challenges and prospects of Hotels in Ilaro puttorns in the organization which in
our acts as a motivational facts to high productivity increasing work performance to achieve
organizational goals and objectives. On the other hand, this research work will also help to
identify and motivate problems inherited in that organization. It will fatherly be relating small
problem which thus intends negative. However affective challenges and prospects of Hotel
industries Ilaro is vital in every situation in the organization.
