*Talk about the sound effects, camera works, interviews, and special effects
- Yes, it’s understandable.
- Yes, sharp and clear.
- The documentary used a lot of angles so it may become more interesting to watch.
- The interviews consist of knowledge from the experience and specialty of the interviewee. It
helps the documentary be more knowledgeable about the subject.
- There are no special effects on this documentary, but I like the transitions they used to show
the past and current events and the dramatization of the children on how the stocks work.
The main purpose of the documentary is to explain to its viewers how stock market measuring
works and how it helps not just the owner of the company but the people who also buy shares of
the company.
The main message of the director for the viewers was to go have and take a look at the stock
market and examine its history, valuations and how it affects CEO and buyers regarding
compensation.
The subject was Stock Market, as a student on a business related course studying the stock market
is a must. The stock market is where the owners of shares negotiate to buyers.
I expected to see a clear explanation and history about the stock market. Which the documentary
explained well.
The questions that I have in mind are how to gain a huge profit from investing and how the profits
are made. The questions are answered by the documentary and it also explains what happens to
the economy if buyers invest in wrong companies.
The sound effects used under the interviews are not affecting the whole interview so it was done
correctly.
The images and videos that are used are a collection of old videos and different interviews. Unless
you put the highest resolution the images are sharp on the lowest setting it is still watchable and
bearable.
The editing of this short film was superb.
Regarding the interviews that are in the documentary the explanation on the issues is well
explained and detailed.
There are no special effects but the transitions between history, explanations and interviews are
well made.
Personal comments and recommendations
My favorite part of the documentary was the explanation of how the stock market works. They
explained it using a very easy to understand way by using a kid named Jill and her lemonade
business.
I learned about the history of the stock market, especially the rise and downfall of America’ s
market.
The first I learned about the stock market is from the movie “The Wolf of Wall Street” starring
Leonardo Dicaprio. I learned from this movie how essentially the stock market works but after
watching this documentary I discovered that stock markets are not just something for anyone. The
decisions and the risks of investing on the stock market are something only for the determined and
gamblers.
The only drawback for me about this documentary, its too short. For someone like me that watches
long documentaries this is short and only takes 17 minutes.
Yes, the documentary can be recommended because it doesn’t only have clarity but it is also short
for someone who doesn’t like documentaries.
