2 Schools Launch
Conference Bids
North Dallas and Woodrow Wil-
son, the “if” teams of District
4AAAA, launch their conference
bids at the Cotton Bowl Friday at
8 p.m.
The Wildcats will be out to snap a
two-game losing streak. They have
lost to Thomas Jefferson of San
Antonio and Paschal of Fort Worth
since notching impressive wins
their first two times out.
Friday night's game looms as a
toss-up with the winner expected to |
make things tough for favored
Adamson and Sunset in the battle!

Both elevens will be in near top

Ernie Manicchia, stellar halfback
who spikes the Bulldog attack, is
the only ailing North Dallas player
and his injury is slight. He has
been slowed in drills this week by
a bruised knee but is scheduled to
start st the Wildcats.
