1. What is the impact of Covid 19 with respect to finance and liquidity of your organizations?

Ans: There is impact on the finance and liquidity but not too much as the organization product is
a basic necessary food item.

2. How are you evaluating the impact of Covid 19 on?


 Short term and long-term cash needs
Ans: Yes, there is shortage of cash for 30 days initially in the first phase of lockdown.

 Pending debts

Ans: No

 Revenue recognition
 Loss of credit or receivables
 Cost of operation

Ans: Has been increased as they faced shortage of all the needs.

3. To restore finances, what is your future of action? (optional)

Ans: The organization again regained its shape in just 20 days. So, I do not think there is a
problem regarding this.

II) Sales
1. During this pandemic, how has the sales impacted (positively or negatively).

Ans: As there is only one Customer for SP edibles that is ITC there is no huge impact but there is
a drop in sales by 3.6%

2. Do your organizations have sales force for sales activity? If yes, is there any change in their
work culture? Explain?

Ans: As we know this is a very small organization compared there is a small HR team which is the
heart, and they do all the activities.

3. In future, to get sales back on track, what is the POA.

Ans: No problem regarding this its back on track again.

III) Work force and Human Resources


1. What are the protocols companies have to their employees in situations like the threat of
COVID-19?

Ans: The company provided the employee with guest house facility and with high quality Mess
and the employees are well taken care with no external people entering the facility.

2. What has the organization done to uphold the morale of their employees during Covid-19?

Ans: Incentives and hike in salaries.

3. Did you provide your employees with the option of working remotely? If yes, how did you
support your employees?

Ans: No, there is no chance for this as the persons physical presence is needed.

Ans: This is not happening in SP foods.

1. How has the pandemic affected the operations and supply chain of your organization?

Ans: Everything slowed down, the major problem we faced with R&D as the chilies needed to be
examined.

Ans: Went high for a while.

Ans: R&D team is being updated and new people got recruited and the supply chain became a
little complex as the farmer is not willing to come far to give the raw material for the end
product and so we slightly changed the supply chain and we actually made it ease for farmers
and we went to them to get the product because of this the transportation cost increased for
the raw material.

Ans. We only have one loyal customer, and I do not think there is not much importance
compared to BtoC organization.

1. Covid 19 is impacting business in different ways, with the effects ranging from minimal to
existential threat, beyond reacting to the immediate business impacts, how are you
assessing the long term threat to your core business and brand building strategies?

Ans: No many changes need though as there is already improvement in the R&D team and the
supply chain management.

2. How differently are you engaging with your customers to keep them engaged with your
brand during Covid -19?

Ans: Not related.
