PEST and SWOT Analysis of the Diocese of Imus Catholic Educational


System’s Flexible Learning Experience (FLEx) Operations

We, the Strive for Excellence Academy is a school that manifest the promotion of

holistic learning of every child. Holistically nurturing and educating every student in all respects:

intellectually, socially, ethically, spiritually and emotionally. We offer perfectly functioning and

quality facilities that enables every student to make the most out of its purpose. We also have our

friendly staffs and needless to say, our stable and fully competent teachers that assure the quality

learning of our students. To achieve the holistic development of every child, we anchored the

policies of this student handbook to the standard of Diocese of Imus for the highest standards of

Catholic Educational Learning. The student’s enrollment in a Diocesan School of Imus is

considered as his/her conformity and willingness and that of his/her parents to abide by all the

rules and regulations of the Diocese of Imus Catholic Educational System (DICES) end of the

school. DICES and the school cannot keep students who by his/her conduct that he/she has no

intention of abiding by any or all of the school’s regulations. (DICES Student Handbook, 2018)

With DICES Flexible Learning Experience, we are finally ready to bring learning into

homes. We hope that each student will learn with their hearts and minds as they fulfil their

mission of become responsible, independent and competent life-long learners.

Here are the following environmental analyses of the DICES’ FLEx operations based on

my own view and perspective:


STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES
 Distance learning by students through  Not all students have access to internet

national/local government regarding because of possible unemployment
the operatons of every schools in this due to pandemic to sustain the
time of pandemic enrolment of their students (FLEx

SOCIAL TECHNOLOGICAL
 The need and the right of the students  Latest trends about the usage of
to continue persuing his/her studies different online learning system as
despite of the pandemic well as online conferencing platform
for the purpose of conducting classes
