ISSUE –
What I consider stupidity by PM Scott Morrison

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

* Gerrit, what is in your view his stupidity?

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, as I yesterday made clear that the USA election is still ongoing
and yet because Albanese (ALP) seemed to place him under pressure PM Scott Morrison I view
the fool then invited the so called “President Elect” and congratulated him on winning. Winning
what? I will below quote what is explained about the election process but as I understand it the
US media made claims that Joe Biden had 290 Electoral College votes but who is the media? It
turn out that allegedly Pennsulvania never awarded the 20 votes and also Joe Biden lost some
others that he might be now down to about 259 votes. Only if 270 Electoral College votes on 14
December are awarded then and only then can you refer to that person to have succeeded in an
election. That will be addressed on 14 December 2020, that is if not still court cases have to
decide matters. So, PM Scott Morrsion invited the so called “President elect” Joe Biden to
Australia when he may in fact not ever be “President Elect” let alone President. It was the media
that claimed that Joe Biden was “President Elect” and I view PM Scott Morrsion was goofing to
fall for that.
* Do you think Albanese also goofed?
**#** In my view he is not some alternative Prime Minister. He should have understood that
when there are legal disputes regarding an election then you must await all outcomes. He seemed
to me to be more inclined to accept the media to determine who is winning, then to accept that
there is to be a democratic process to be observed.

November 2020 for the poll on 3 November 2020 and somehow about 47 voting machines were

Disclaimer: none of the following is meant to be political analysis. I am not endorsing nor disparaging
any candidate. I’m simply outlining the facts pertaining to the U.S. Presidential election.
I want to warn you that the next few months in the U.S. will be extremely ugly.

The country was already deeply divided before this election. And unfortunately, it’s only going to get
worse. The fact is that Joe Biden HASN’T actually won this election yet.
That is not a typo. The media has done the U.S. a great disservice by claiming that Biden is the winner
this early in the game.
Everyone needs to take a step back and understand how the actual election process occurs based on federal
law, not media reporting.
1) The election occurs in early November.

2) Votes are tallied while officials from both parties (Democrat and GOP) are present.

3) Provided officials from both parties are present during the vote tallies and there are:

1. No credible accusations of fraud.

2. No software glitches.
Then the vote tallies are ratified.

4) If the vote margin between winner and loser is 0.5% or smaller, an automatic recount is required.

5) If the margin between the winner and loser is larger than 0.5%, but either candidate (or a 3rd candidate
for that matter) wants to dispute the results, he or she can pay to have a recount performed. The cost if
roughly $3 million per state.
6) Once the recount is completed, or if a recount is not necessary, the individual states formally declare the
winner on December 14th when they officially cast their electoral college votes for him or her.
7) Then, in early January of the next year, the new congress meets to count the electoral college votes and
formally declare the winner.

8) The new President is sworn into office on January 20th.

This is how Presidential elections work in the U.S. under normal circumstances.

The media cannot decide who wins. The media can simply project who they think will win based on vote
totals at a given time. And unless the loser formally concedes prior to December 14th, the election remains in
play.
So where are we in terms of the 2020 Presidential election?

For starters, the races in multiple states (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, and
Arizona) are close enough to require mandatory recounts (within a margin of 0.5%).
On top of this, the Trump administration will be filing lawsuits in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada,
Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona alleging fraud, illegitimate votes being counted, and GOP officials being
barred from witnessing the ballots being tallied.

Whether or not the Trump administration is right about this remains to be seen.

However, the fact lawsuits are being filed means the election will move into the courts. If the courts decide
that the evidence the Trump administration presents is compelling, they can require a formal vote audit.

If, during the vote audit, actual fraud is discovered, the court can rule that those votes are no longer valid, the
formal vote counts can change, and it is possible that a given state ends up declaring a different winner.

 Even if fraud is not discovered by the audits, but there is a particular problem with vote cards (the wrong type
of ink was used, the hole punch didn’t go all the way through the ballot as was the case in Florida in 2000,
etc.), the courts can deem those problematic votes as illegitimate.
This again can mean the formal vote counts can change, and it is possible that a given state ends up declaring
a different winner.

Mind you, that’s if the courts resolve the issue to everyone’s liking on the first go round.
If either party or candidate is dissatisfied with a lower court’s ruling, they can appeal the ruling, which can
result in the lawsuit moving up to a higher court, eventually reaching the Supreme Court, which serves as the
ultimate arbiter of election law in the U.S.

This was the case with the 2000 election, when the Supreme Court ruled that vote cards from Florida that
didn’t have clean hole punches were NOT valid, which gave the state to George W. Bush and resulted in Al
Gore conceding the election on December 13th.
None of the above items are conspiracy theory or wishful thinking. These are the actual facts of how
Presidential elections are decided in the U.S.

The media doesn’t decide elections. And technically, Joe Biden is NOT the President elect, no matter how
much certain people might want him to be.
Remember, he wouldn’t be formally declared the President Elect until December 14th 2020, and that’s under
normal circumstances.
And as I mentioned already, this election is anything but normal.

I mention all of this to help you keep a clear head during what is going to be an extremely stressful and
psychologically draining four-week period between now and that date.

Again, this election WILL not be decided before December 14th. And it’s possible things run even longer than
that.

Lets not ignore that undermining an election could be considered TREASON. After all it is to
undermine the provisions of the constitution. One would have expected that so called leaders of
political parties would be well aware that in any disputed election you must wait until the
disputes are resolved. While much was argued by Albenese, as I understand it, that PM Scott
morrison should have called President Trump and even Joe Biden appears to me to consider to
go to the courts to demand that President Trump is orgiganising a hand over, this too is totally
absurd. Even if all litigation was to be resolved before 14 December then there likely will be still
various elections to be held on 5 January 2021! This is where neither candidate obtained 50% of
the vote and/or where there is a margin of less then 0.5%. In that regard it could even take more
months before it is al resolved. In the 2000 Bush v Gore issue it all ended up in the Supreme
Court if about 100 votes on a voting machine could be counted or not because the hole had not
been punched in total. I understand the Court then held that those votes could not be coungted
and Bush was declared to be the elected President. So if about 130 million electors voted in the
end it came down to about 100 votes eitherway.
Now you have that numerous ballots were coungted for Joe Biden that were not properly signed.
Boxes full of ballot were delivered not even being in sealed envelops. Many has the birthdate of
the elector stated as 1/1/1900. Meaning the electors were about 120 years old. And I understand
some even born more than 200 years ago 1812 voted. What happens is that some were going to
graveyards and used the dead names to register for voting!

Kamala Harris is on video making clear that there will be riots in the street long after President
Trump was to be reelected. That may just underline what can be expected from the Democrats if
President Trump is declared to be re-elected.

I for months have been aware of that President Trump may this time not stand by to have the

In my view it would have been by far better if Australian politicians had stayed clear from Joe
Biden and accepted to let the USA electoral system have its run as is constitutionally provided
for.

**#** Well, I heard that this Garner also lost his case in the High Court of Australia. I have not
as yet read the judgment. However, I am not concerned about it. After all, if you do your
research properly then you could succeed. Too often lawyers think that because they are trained
they know better, well I wrote to Garner’s lawyers long before the case was heard but I view
their arrogance to ignore me has cost their client his case.

out in public, she doesn't know that there are human faces and perhaps a smile behind those ridiculous
masks. She just sees figures wrapped up like mummies. What must she think of the world? What is she
learning about her surroundings? To her, this dystopia is going to be "normal."

 Our baby is extremely alert and engaged, smiles in response to every smile she's given, and studies our faces
intently when we talk and sing to her. As a father, I know you know that this is how babies learn to talk and
learn to communicate with facial expressions. Every parent knows this. Doesn't it concern anyone else that
millions of babies are being deprived in a significant way of this opportunity to learn and develop the way
God intended? To flourish in the presence of normal human interaction? No one seems to think or care
about the psychological and developmental damage these masks are doing to our children and babies. It
makes me sick.

We pray constantly for a better future for our children.

Some of the kiddies in years to come might just recognise my face standing out, not having been
covered by some face-diaper, besides that of their parents and any siblings. When I walk in a
shop or elsewhere, small children are staring at me, because I am the one not wearing a face-
diaper.
*. Do you agree with the decisions of the High Court of Australia?
**#** I have not read any judgment but all along exopected those who were defeated to be so as
I do not trust those judges and for this you need to build a case that is solid. I have absolutely no
doubt that those cases defeated in the High Court of Australia and/or in the Supreme Court of
Victoria never even remotely canvassed what I am on about. I have made clear that in my view
the judges are misusing and abusing their judical powers and this is what one needs to address as
failing to do so means that you likely will be quickly defeated on any legal technicality and the
Court might be perceived to do no more but enforce the rule of law, which I view too often it
actually does the opposite.

We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
