Quote Rejected: If you reject the quote, please choose one of these options, sign below, and return the
document to the e-mail or fax listed above.

Option #1 Reject the quote and request an unrepaired return. You could be charged an evaluation flat
rate per device to cover the cost of device analysis, transportation charges and processing fee. PO must be
submitted prior to return.
Option #2 Reject the quote and request to recycle at Datalogic expense.

unrepaired, and you could be invoiced an evaluation flat rate per device.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE CUSTOMERS

- Your payment will act as quote acceptance. Please reference the RMA number, and serial number(s), if not
paying for all items within the quote. Upon receipt of payment, Datalogic will begin the repair. If you are not
the person responsible for approval or processing of the payment, please forward it on to the correct
individual(s).
Please make a wire transfer to one of the accounts below:
Cheques, bills of exchange or any other ways of payment will not be accepted.
If your preferred payment option is PayPal, please contact us at the email listed above for payment
instructions.

Quote Rejected: If you reject the quote please choose one of these options, sign below, and return the document
to the e-mail or fax listed above.
