I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards Speaking
B. Performance Standards Speak clearly and appropriately in at least two languages to be able to
function effectively as a member of the family, community, nation and the
world and to participate in community and economic development.

C. Learning Competencies/ Objectives Knowledge:


Write the LC code for each.
 Use basic words accurately in the language to be acquired.

IV. PROCEDURES
A. Springboard/Motivation (Establishing a purpose Activity 1: Group work (Answer as Fast as You Can)
for the lesson)
 Group learners according to their gender.
 Female group will be group 1 and Male group will be group 2.
 Let each group speak out what are the sounds of the given vowel
letters.
 The group answer it fast will be given 1 point.

 What do you called the clothes that you wear? “ BADO”


 In our own Filipino Language or dialect, what is girl? “BABAE O BAJI”
 What is the beginning sounds of the words Bado and Babae ?

B. Activity (Review of previous lesson/s or Activity 2: (Guessing Game)


Presenting the new lesson)
 Show different pictures to the learners with the sounds
begin on letter “Bb”
 Let each learners guess what are those pictures.
 Let them express their answers into Filipino language and
translate it into their own dialect or mother tongue.

 Continue discussing the lesson on the module on page 6.
 Let each learners choose their own partner.
 Give each pair a meta cards to write their answers and a pen.
 Let each pair think their answer on the questions on the module pp.
3-4.
 Call each pair in front of the class to discuss or talk about their
answers.

E. Discussing new concepts and practicing new Activity 5: Clap and Clap
skills (sub-activity #2)
 Let learners read the words on page 5-6 on the module.
 Learners will clap their hands while they spell out the words given or
shown on the meta cards.

Ask:

 Continue the lesson on page 7.
 Learners will read the family words of letter B on page 7.
 Learners will do the activity on page 8-10.
