of important documents. Create a least two of
your own prints. It could be a landscape or
poem. Watch the video linked below to see an
how its done. Once you have completed your
prints. Explain why you choose the images,
poems, or both. Why were they important?

Ven Diagram
Using a ven diagram compare and contrast
buddhism and confucianism. List 10
similarities and differences. What are the
beliefs of each religion, where is their hearth,
what significance/impact did the religions
have on the 5 dynasties. These are some of

POEM
As you have learned poetry was very
important to chinese culture. Write a brief
summary on the importance of poetry, Who
wrote? Why was it written? What impact did
it have on the people? Then choose any form
of poetry (haiku, acrostic, eight line poem the
tradition tang style, free verse, etc.) Your
poem can be about anything you want for
example nature, friendship, or feelings.
BROCHURE
Use Canva to Create a brochure describing what
its like to travel on the silk road. Under “prints”
you will find the brochure template. Things to
include on the brochure: creative title, 4- 5 images
with caption, summary of the importance of the
silk road on the front, 1st inside fold dedicated to
transportation options, 2nd inside fold dedicated
to goods traded, 3rd inside fold preparation made
before going on the trip. You may choose what to
put on the back 2 folds. It could be images or
quotes relating to the silk road

COLLAGE
Using ​Canva to create a collage of
agriculture instruments, goods and
technology used during the period. Have
at least 10 pictures. Be creative in the
display of the goods. You cam add key
words or a 5 word phrase describing the
pictures.
FLOW MAP
Create a flow map explaining the step by step
process of becoming part of the scholar
official class. Include images of illustrations
to depict each step. You may do this on paper
or digitally using microsoft or google docs.
The steps should be descriptive and at least 2
sentences long.
KAHOOT!
Create a Kahoot game. This is will help you
study for your final exam and can help future
students study. You may work on this alone,
with a partner, or group of three. Choose one
may topic discussed in class and create at
least 20-25 study questions. Find to two other
classmate who have chosen the same topic as
you. You can choose to work with them or
work alone. Please let me know.

JOURNAL ENTRIES
Create a story board or digital diary. You are
a historian studying medieval China. Choose
10 places, people, or things to talk about in
each journal entry. Each entry should be at
least 1-2 paragraphs long. Give a descriptive
identification of what it is you are writing
about and state the significance whether its to
