Sunday’s 6.2 inches of snow was a new record for
the date of November 8th, breaking the old record of 3.7
inches set in 2012.
The record for today’s date is 6.0 inches set in 2014,
so hopefully we won’t come near that one as thhis storm
petered out this morning.

Letter to the Buzz
Open up the nursing homes
It is time for our so called governor to open up
the nursing homes and let families in to see their
loved ones.
My mom was not doing well and my sister and
brothers were trying to get in to see her but were not
let it. Finally my sister was let in to see if she could
get mom to eat, which she has accomplished that.
Now my brothers were also able to get in.
I was going to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit
against Valley View. Hopefully, I don’t have to do
that against this nursing home I am in.
My aunt’s family had the same problem as
have other families. Now my aunt passed away and
fortunately two of her children were able to be with
her that last few days. However, they should have
been able to see her before this.
I am in a nursing home in Billings and in the
same situation and I need family. I’m here without
family. I have no one in Billings.
So it is time that Governor Bullock to do
something right before he leaves office and open up
the nursing homes and let families see their loved
ones. We need family.
Besides, it’s not the families that are passing on
the virus, it’s the employees in the nursing homes
that are passing it onto the residents.
Now, I know that there are people out there that
will not agree with me, but you know what, I don’t
care.

Montana Republicans joining Trump fight to count legal votes

President Trump stood up and fought for them,
it’s time for these Republicans to stand up and fight
for him. That’s what Gail told me in an email during
our Montana Talks radio show.
And she’s right. Montana Republicans especially
had a huge night on Tuesday- as they swept every
single statewide office and more. And let’s be honest,
that huge Red Wave in Montana came thanks to the
huge support from and for President Trump.
Fortunately for Gail, Montana Republicans —
particularly, operatives with Senator Steve Daines
(R-MT) re-election campaign — are already on the
ground in at least one battleground state joining the
fight alongside President Trump.
Jason Thielman is the chief of staff for Senator
Daines. He noted that Daines team members left
Wednesday, the day after the election and are
already on the ground in Airzona “to stand with @
realDonaldTrump and defend the integrity of our
elections.”
Senator Steve Daines also added this via Twitter:
“We are a nation of laws, and the integrity of
our elections is critical. Every LEGALLY cast ballot
should be counted — with full transparency.”
Meanwhile, GOP stalwarts like Sen. Lindsay
Graham and Texas Senator Ted Cruz are also weighing
in:
CRUZ: “What we’ve been seeing the last three
days of #ElectionResults2020 is partisan, political,
& lawless. The American people are angry that vote
counting has been shrouded in darkness. We must
count every vote legally cast.”
In case you missed the news over the weekend,
former Vice President Joe Biden and the mainstream
media are declaring victory in the presidential race.
Leading conservatives like Kristi Noem and Ted Cruz
are saying — not so fast.
“We gave Al Gore 37 days to run the process
before we decided who was going to be president. Why
would we not afford the 70.6 million Americans that
voted for President Trump the same consideration?”
That was South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD)
on ABC’s This Week with former Clinton operative
George Stephanopoulos (if you couldn’t tell by his
highly biased tone and questions). -h/t to Breitbart
News for the transcript.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) also believes
there is a path to victory for President Trump’s legal
team, if all legal votes are counted.
He was on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo on
Sunday: Cruz brought up the example of an error in
a Michigan county, where several thousand Trump
votes were counted for Democratic President-elect
Joe Biden.
“That same software is used in 47 counties
throughout Michigan. That needs to be examined,”
Cruz said. “It’s hard to know what the facts are and
hard to know what the truth is. ... This case could
very easily end up at the U.S. Supreme Court.”
Montana’s Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) is also
supporting President Trump’s efforts to count every
legal vote.
Meanwhile, if the process plays out and Biden does
end up becoming president, would any Montanans
make it on a potential cabinet? Montanans might be
interested to note that neither outgoing Gov. Steve
Bullock (D-MT), who was just resoundingly defeated
in Tuesday’s Senate race, or Senator Jon Tester (D-
MT) even got mentioned in a big Politico piece
looking at the potential cabinet contenders.
In case you missed it, just last week the Senior
Media and Government Manager for the American
Prairie Reserve (APR) was already speculating about
a potential Bullock pick as Secretary of Interior.
(Which would be very helpful to the APR, which
is trying to kick Montana ranchers off of the land so
they can expand their bison reserve)
