Creamy Dory Fish Fillet


1. Preheat oven. Put fish fillet in a baking dish/pan. Season fish fillet with salt and pepper.
2. Heat 2 tbsp. butter in a saucepan at low heat; then add 2 tbsp. flour. Whisk thoroughly. When the
mixture attains a paste-like consistency, add cream gradually while whisking to avoid lumps. Add
grated cheese until it melts. Season to taste. Set aside.
3. Arrange spinach leaves on top of the fish fillet.
4. Get the mixture previously prepared and pour it on top of the fish and spinach.
5. Add some grated cheese on top.
6. Bake the fish around 25 - 30 minutes.
7. Serve the dish as is or with side dish(es) of your choice.

B. Breaded Fish Fillet in Creamy Mushroom Cream Sauce


Ingredients
Mushroom Bacon Cream Sauce
Breaded fish pieces
1/2 cup of thickened cream
1 dory fish fillets, sliced into finger-food sizes
1/2 handful of grated cheddar
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
1/2 cup sliced white button mushrooms
1 handful fresh chopped parsley
chopped onions
pepper
chopped bacon
garlic powder
1 tbsp cornflour + water
2 eggs + water
salt & pepper
2 tbsp light soy sauce
all purpose flour
1 Mix egg, water and light soy sauce while you heat up oil for frying

2 Mix breadcrumbs, pepper, garlic powder and chopped parsley

3 Dredge fish fillets in flour, sink it in egg mixture, and roll thoroughly in bread crumb
mixture

4 Fry till golden

5 In a hot pan fry onions and bacon till the former is soft and the latter retains a little crisp if
possible

6 Add cream, then stir in white button mushrooms. Lower heat if you've pushed it fairly high

7 Salt&pepper the sauce, then stir in cornflour & water mixture to thicken. Alter as you wish,
as the cheese will tie it together too

8 Turn off the heat and quickly stir in the cheese.


C. Fish Fillet with Creamy-Mayo-Herbed Sauce

Mga Sangkap:

1 kilo Fish Fillet (Cream of Dory ang ginamit ko dito. Pwede din ang kahit anong white meat fish)
3 pcs. calamansi
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup Alaska Evap (yung red ang label)
a bunch of spring onions (cut into 1 inch long)
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
olive oil for frying
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 small red onion chopped
1 thumb size ginger grated
salt and pepper
Maggie Magic sarap (optional)

Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. I-marinade ang fish fillet sa asin, paminta, katas ng calamansi at maggie magic sarap. Hayaan ng
mga 1 oras o higit pa.
2. Sa isang non-stick pan, i-prito ang isda sa olive oil hanggang sa pumula ng kauntin ang mga gilid
nito. hanguin sa isang lalagyan.
3. Sa parehong kawali, igisa ang luya, bawang at siguyas. Haluhaluin
4. Ilagay ang mayonaise, chopped basil at spring onions. Halu-haluin
5. Ilagay ang alaska evap. Timplahan pa ng asin, paminta at maggie magic sarap ayon sa inyong
panlasa.
6. Ilagay ang piniritong fish fillet sa sauce at hayaan ng mga 2 minuto.
