Step 1: Login into your

computer / Laptop
Step 2: Select the

Classroom app from the
App icon
Step 3: Select your

Departmental respective
Exam Hall
Step 4: Select Classwork

in Exam Hall
Step 5: Select Create

then Topic
Step 6: Add DATE as

Topic
Step 7: Now, you can see

a new topic is created

then Quiz Assignment
Step 9: Select X mark

and delete the blank quiz
Step 10: Select ADD then Google Drive
Step 11: Select My Drive

then Search on Drive
Step 12: Type Subject

Code then Press enter
Mid Semester Question Paper
End Semester Descriptive

End Semester MCQ Question
Step 13: Your search result will present you

few files. Meaning for these files are given here
Step 14: Select the file with Subject Code

only then Press Insert

Subject code and Subject Title Pls note these values
Step 16: Type the

appropriate value in each
column then Press enter
Verifiy that the Grade importing should be in ON state
Step 17: Specify the schedule date

and time as given below.
Step 18: You can see the

question is scheduled for
the exam

and then Assignment
Step 20: Select ADD and then File
Step 21: Select My Drive

then Search on Drive

End Semester Descriptive

End Semester MCQ Question
Step 23: Your search result will present you

few files.
Step 24: Select the file with Subject Code

with an extension ‘A’ then Press Insert
Subject code and Subject Title Pls note these values
Step 25: Type the

appropriate value in each
Tue, Nov. 3, 12.00
column then Press enter
Step 26: Specify the schedule date

and time as given below.
10.30 AM
Step 27: You can see the descriptive

question in the classwork
Question uploading Work is over Now.
Next, Inviting the Course Teacher to

evaluate the answer script.
Step 28: Select People again
Step 29: Add Teachers by

Clicking the + symbol
Step 30: Type the official email id of the course teacher. If the id
is correct, it will be displayed in the search results
Step 31: Select the mail

id then Press Invite
Step 32: Now you can see that the invitation is sent to the respective
teacher. If she accepts it, it will be in active state as shown as others
Inviting the Course Teacher is done.
Next, Removing the Course Teacher

after evaluating the answer script.
Step 33: Go to People then Select the three dots, a pop us menu will
be displayed. Now select Remove
Now removing the Course Teacher is

finished.
That’s all.. Your work is over
Note:
• Everyday Questions has to be uploaded after 6 am but before 8.00 am.
We, VP office ppl will verify the subject code everyday after 8 am but
before 9.30 am
• From 11.00 am onwards, you can add course teachers to correct the
answer scripts but finish it before 12 noon
• Pls instruct the course teachers to finish correction before 6 pm
everyday.. After finishing correction, you have to remove them from the
classroom after 7pm
• You are not supposed to add them again without my permission.
Note:
• After the examination
• From 11.00 am onwards, you can add course teachers to correct the
answer scripts but finish it before 12 noon
• If any anything went wrong, you are the responsible for that.
You have to answer Sr Principal.
• You can get any clarification today.. Be open… Feel free to ask any
doubts..
