1 THE COURT: Calling cases numbers 25 and 26 on

2 the calendar, Docket Number F-28901/08, in the matter of

3 Krichevsky.

4 No appearance by either party or counsel at ten

5 minutes of five.

6 Decision is rendered today in the absence of

7 parties' counsel. Final Order of Support is entered,

8 $2,045.00 per month, effective nunc pro tunc, November

9 3rd, 2008.

10 The next payment is due February 15th, 2010

11 through Support Collections Unit. Retroactive support is

12 set at $31,599.42, payable as to (inaudible) discretion.

13 Respondent father to reinstate health insurance

14 coverage for the subject child available through

15 employment. He has Oxford Health coverage available.

16 Unreimbursed medical split 13% by petitioner

17 mother, 87% by respondent father. Note, petitioner mother

18 will be directed to submit bills to respondent father

19 regarding unreimbursed medical expenses forthwith for

20 repayment of his pro rate share of those costs.
