SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, Ramil Dominguez Ortizo, of legal age, Filipino citizen with residence at #300 Cardinal Subdivision,
Sampaloc 1, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do name,
constitute and appoint - Angelyn Francisco, of legal age, Filipino citizen with residence at Blk. 9, Lot 67, Phase
3, Celina Plains Subd., Brgy. Pooc, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, to be my/our true lawful attorney-in-fact, for me/us and
in my/our name, place and stead, and for my/our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the
following acts and things, namely:

1. To buy, acquire, assume, process and negotiate for the purchase for such price, on cash basis or
installment and under such terms and conditions as said Attorney-In-Fact may deem proper, the
vehicle: 2013 Honda City E with license plate WKO 426 (“Motor Vehicle”);

2. To apply for, negotiate and assume an Auto Financing Loan from RCBC Savings Bank such sum or sums
that may be agreed with the Bank at such rates of interest and upon such other terms and conditions
as may be agreed with the Bank.

3. To transfer, assign, and convey by way of FIRST MORTGAGE unto the Bank, its successors and assigns
the Motor Vehicle which I now own, such property being free from any lien or encumbrance by 2018,
as security for the prompt payment of the Loan to be extended to me, or any other obligations due the
Bank and the proper performance of all covenants and agreements in connection therewith;

4. To endorse, deposit, encash or negotiate checks or money orders payable to me in connection with
the purchase of the Motor Vehicle through the facilities of the Bank.

5. To endorse, obtain, and sign any documents in connection to the Motor Vehicle as necessary. In the
event of an accident, for vehicle service and detailing purposes, registration and any other transactions
in connection to the Motor Vehicle.

6. To execute and deliver any deed of sale, loan agreement, contract of mortgage, or any other
instrument or document of whatsoever kind, including promissory notes as may be necessary or
proper in connection with the sale or loan extended to me or with its amendment, renewal or
extension, all upon such other terms and conditions as said Attorney-In-Fact may, in his discretion,
deem to be in my best interest.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do and perform
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could do personally or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
