modulazioni a toni vicini, inoltre i temi sono semplici da ricordare. Questi standard jazz
appartengono prevalentemente al periodo Swing, ovvero agli anni ’30.

Gli standard jazz del terzo gruppo sono mediamente più difficili dei precedenti. In particolare
troverai:
• Brani jazz dalla forma più complessa rispetto ai classici AABA. Ad esempio, pezzi dalla
durata di 36 misure
• Numerose modulazioni
• Temi più difficili da memorizzare, in particolare quelli del periodo bebop
Se hai difficoltà ad imparare questi brani, ti raccomando di applicare con rigore la procedura per
imparare a memoria uno standard jazz, che trovi nella prima parte dell’articolo. In particolare, non
trascurare le fasi dell’analisi armonica e dell’ascolto. Non puoi pretendere di imparare a memoria
un pezzo jazz se non lo hai capito (analisi armonica) e se non lo hai ascoltato molte (moltissime!)
volte.
