READING SESSION CALL FOR SCORES

ABOUT THE READING SESSION

The Mivos Quartet is one of the foremost ensembles in the world dedicated to the performance of contemporary music. With

sponsorship from the Faculty of Arts, the quartet will be visiting the Department of Music at CUHK during May 25–28, 2018 to give

a concert and hold a reading session at the Lee Hysan Concert Hall.

SUBMISSION DETAILS
1. T h e C a l l f o r S c o r e s o f t h e M i v o s Q u a r t e t r e a d i n g s e s s i o n i s o p e n t o a l l s t u d e n t s e n r o l l e d i n t h e u n d e rg r a d u a t e a n

postgraduate programme at the Department of Music of CUHK.

2. The submitted work should be scored for the full string quartet.

3. The work should be between 4–6 minutes and the duration should be stated on the score.

4. A complete submission includes both professionally prepared score and parts.

computer-engraved. Hand-written score will not be accepted.
