To All staff
This mail is witting to invite you all to attend for information session on change management plan
regarding CBSA new Change management plan which is created to facilitate major changes going to
bring up in CBSA by relocating to less expensive location and recruit skilled employees.
This new change plan will be facilitating with information gathered from Market Surveys, PEST
analysis and consultation with Australian Business Consulting & Solutions to maintain real and
practical information flow in to follow up the new change process in the CBSA. And also, the Action
plan, training plan and the communication plan will be illustrating how new strategies and resources
align with the new change process and also evaluation and monitoring process is been included to
continue the process to maintain in the appropriate for better outcome.
Moreover, based on feedback received by with Mr Gavin and a change management expert, the
previous change management plan has been modified and been approved.
Hence, I would kindly be requesting, you all to participate for the information session at No 6
conference room on 24th July 2020 at 10.30 am and also their you will get an opportunity to complete
an online survey regarding your feelings about change in general and how you think CBSA has
communicated change previously.
