It is to intimated that
hat 22-laning of Kohima Bypass Road Package-I from Design Km 0.00
to Design Km 10.500has has been entrusted to NHIDCL for execution. The Contract Agreements
have been signed between NHIDCL and Contractor firm.Subsequently,
ubsequently, appointing date was
issued as15/10/2020 vide letter cited under Ref (i).

2. Deputy Commissioner Kohima vide cited under Ref(ii) has submitted land compensation
estimate amounting to 29,84,40,759.60
29,84,40,759.60/-(Rupees Twenty-Nine

Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty
Fifty-Nine and Sixty paisa only) only for theland
land compensation along
the proposed alignment.

4. It is to mention that tthe said projects are time bound. Also, the contractors have fully
mobilised the resources in site
site.. In view of the above, it is requested to approve the estimates and
release the payment at the earliest so as to hand over encumbrance free land to contractors and
further to avoid any claim against for delay in handing over land and for timely completion of
project.
