I. Learning Objectives
At the end of the lesson the students must be able to:

Filipino communities.
b. Appreciate the significant parts of the different architectural designs and
artifacts found in many Filipino communities.
c. Draw the different architectural designs and artifacts found in many
Filipino communities.
II. Subject Matter
Topic: Significant parts of the different architectural desings and artifacts
found in the locality (bahay-kubo,torogan,bahay na bato, simbahan, carcel,
and others)

Materials: Laptop (PowerPoint Presentation)
III. Procedure
a. Preparatory activities (Prayer, greetings, attendance, recall and review)
b. Motivation “Word Puzzle”
The students were going to divide into 2 groups. Each group, will have a
race to find a word in the word puzzle shown by the teacher.
c. Lesson Proper
1. The teacher will discuss the historical background of the different
architectural designs and artifacts found in the local communities.
2. Show the different architectural designs and artifacts found in the local
communities.
3. Application: Students were going to draw one example of the different
architectural designs and artifacts found in the local communities.
IV. Evaluation
Identify the picture of the different architectural designs and artifacts found in
the local communities 1-10

V. Assignment
Study about the different types of drawings.
