1. a)^ MRP of STV is inclusive of Service Tax.

b)GPRS/Edge Services may be activated under prepaid mobile services without any minimum balance
requirement.

c)The free data usage allowed is also applicable while in national roaming.

d) The usage charges beyond free usage will be same for Home LSA and roaming.

e) The base voice plan in case of prepaid data plans the tariff of Prepaid General plan. No Fixed
Monthly Charges (FMC) will be recovered from the data plans for the base voice plan.

2. The above, revised tariff will be allowed to all customers who want to take data plan from BSNL,
irrespective of purchasing data card from BSNL or not.

3G –DATA Facilities to Prepaid customers.

Existing prepaid customers can avail 3G services wherever 3G services are available.
The difference between 2G and 3G services are (1) video call facility and (2) Data speed.

Data speed in 2G service is upto 128kbps

Data speed in 3G service is upto 3.6Mbps

To enjoy the 3G facilities ,wherever 3G services are available , the customer should
have 3G enabled handset.

The customer has to choose “Automatic / Dual mode” in “Network setting” in his handset.
This will enable him to view the 2G / 3G Network symbol.

Any new or existing prepaid customer can activate 3G data speed by using any one of
the 3G data STVs (MRP,Rs25,53,101,155,252,452,601,751,1099,1501,3002) , - thro‟ C-Top-up as
well as through SMS).

If any 2G Data STV MRP 7, 14, 54, 98, 270, 302 (- all 2G Data STVs thro‟ SMS only) is
used, the speed will be brought back to 2 G Data speed (128kbps).
