Tridhaatu is the new face of real estate in urban India. We are

& Planning aptly supported by his vast experience in the real
estate field, he brings the much required expertise to the
team in all our projects.

Mr. Pritam Chivukula – Director


Pritam is a business graduate from Symbiosis, Pune. With his
vast experience as an industry expert he provides the team with
the requisite real estate expertise in the marketing, business
development and overall governance of the organisation. He has
previously worked with Kotak Mahindra, Standard Chartered
Bank, Colliers International and a USD 500 million Private
Equity fund.

Mr. Krishnan Govind Muthukumar – Director


Krishnan (Govind) is a business graduate from SP Jain,
Mumbai. He brings over ten years of real estate finance
experience to complex deal structures. He forges strong alliances
with project partners, the backbone of any successful project.
He is also an expert in re-development projects. Krishnan is the
co-founder of a Rs. 200cr chemical company where he continues
to serve as a member of the board.
