This contract is legally binding between you and Butter. By downloading content from our
website you have agreed and bound yourself entirely into the terms of this disclosed
agreement. If you do not wish to accept this agreement then do not download the content
provided on this site.

The content received by you from Butter is NOT a sale. It is a license agreement for the
uses listed in the terms. You agree to act according to all terms included in the agreement.
Contained in this Agreement, "Butter", "we", "our" and "us" refers to Butter, and "you" and
"your" refers to you, the person/church/customer/organization.

1. This terms and License agreement directs your behavior with all content from Butter. Any
images, video, files, stills, motion backgrounds, audio compilations, ect. Remain in

complete ownership of Butter. You acknowledge that all the content provided belongs to

Butter.

2. If your acting on behalf of your organization or church then you are binding your
affiliation to the contents of this agreement and they must act accordingly. Obligation
of this agreement never expires regardless of employment and must be respected
indefinitely.
3. Butter hear by grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the content on the terms and agreement. If a behavior is not expressly permitted you
cannot do it. We possess all intellectual property rights relating thereto, and are
without exception owned and held by Butter.
4. This is a single license if there be another location of desired showing another
licenses must be acquired from our website.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES & LIABILITY

The files received from butter are considered to be safe and usable, but if any malfunction
or harm comes to you our your equipment at any time you agree we are not held
responsible or required to any recompense towards your organization. Butter is not
accountable to any negative offence practically or emotionally from
audience/church/organization ect. regarding the content.

Butter is completely exempt from any liability/offence/responsibility possible. Use content at

your own risk.

We do not warrant that the content will meet your requirements or that it will play
uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the content
is with you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUTTER OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICES, EMPLOYEES,

SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) IN CONNECTION
WITH ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, ACTION, SUIT OR OTHER PROCEEDING ARISING
UNDER OR OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR
USE OF, RELIANCE UPON, ACCESS TO, OR EXPLOITATION OF THE CONTENT, OR
ANY PART THEREOF, OR ANY RIGHTS GRANTED TO YOU HEREUNDER, EVEN IF
WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER THE
ACTION IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE),
INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHERWISE.

You agree to indemnify and hold Butter and its owner and employees harmless against all
claims or liability asserted against Butter and its conglomerates arising out of or in
connection with any breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of any of the terms of
this Agreement.

You agree to pay and be responsible for any and all sales taxes, use taxes, value added
taxes and duties imposed by any jurisdiction as a result of the license granted to you, or of
your use of the Content, pursuant to this Agreement.

Jurisdiction & Arbitration

1. This agreement will be governed under the laws of California state and federal Laws
of the USA that apply within.
2. If Butter is summoned to court to enforce any of its rights, or to pay any fees, you
agree to reimburse Butter for its legal fees, and disbursements if Butter is successful.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT,
AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER
AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BUTTER, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL
OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION
BETWEEN YOU AND BUTTER RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
