 INTRODUCTION

The starting point of the Christian faith begins when a question arises in my life, which is why
to receive Jesus in my heart and why I am Catholic.
Because someone told me that according to Romans 10:10 it was necessary to receive the
Lord Jesus voluntarily in my life, declaring that Jesus died on the cross for me, to ask
forgiveness for all my sins and to receive him by repeating a prayer of faith.
Then I asked him what for and he replied that to have eternal life after death, and really all
that changed my life completely.
I learned that the bible says that: Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one goes to
the father but it is for me... in John 14: 6
Because I always prayed a lot and adored images, and instead of bringing all that closer to
God ... I was moving further and further away , but I managed to obey and I was free.

Why is it necessary to receive Jesus in the heart?

Since that day everything changed for me and I started asking myself all kinds of questions
and finding answers too.
I had always believed that God was in statues and images of metal, iron or bronze ... but
when searching I found in the psalms and isaias that God rejects all this out of hand.
I found that God was looking for a more personal relationship with me because I felt that he
was in the middle of everything that I did on a daily basis, and that made me and even makes
me feel much better.
I learned not to pray anymore, because Mateo says that it is not necessary to pray, but to
pray to talk to God. when they die.
Today I am not perfect but I try to be faithful to God with my heart because I know that later
there will be a day of judgment in which I will give an account to the Lord of everything I have
done here on earth and that is why I am happy.
 Conclusions

Without pretending to overshadow the faith or beliefs of anyone, we must always believe that
God exists that He is sovereign capable of helping us in everything and for that it is
necessary to thank Him,
Well he says in the book of Jeremiah 9:24
If someone is to boast, let him boast of knowing me and understanding that I am the Lord,
that I act on earth with love, with right and justice, because that is what pleases me — affirms
the Lord.
