Ms. Rajas Kunte, General Manager, (F&A), welcomed all participants and requested all participants to provide their self-introduction. After the
self-introduction of each participant, Ms. Rupa Mistry, Manager, MAVIM gave brief information about MAVIM and Tejaswini and Nav Tejaswini
Programme.

Then after Ms. Rajas Kunte, General Manager, (F&A) open the floor with explanation of queries received by email prior to pre proposal meeting.
Then participants asked queries one by one and explanation for queries was provided by MAVIM officers. Also participants were requested to
send email for queries raised during the meeting So that written explanation can be given to all bidders.

Meeting was concluded with vote of thanks.
