The Problems:

Our country is an agricultural country. But we have a shorter cultivable land area according to our
population. Moreover, increasing of population making this shorter land more shorter. As a result,
the agricultural production is decreasing every moment. Though using of modern technology
increased the production of land even so a lot of wealth is spoiling due to miss management. For
instance, in a large field, it is a really hard work to observe the entire firm regularly. Additionally,
happening some miss management in there is very naturalistic. In consequence of, the production
of the farm is being decreased. This decreases of production of a single farm makes shorten the
production of entire country.

On other side, lack of co-ordination in entire country is a great problem. We do not have any data
bank of which and how much product we are harvesting. As a result, it is often seen that same
product is harvested overmuch in country and the farmer could not pay up properly whereas another
product is out of market.

Another problem is we have a shortage of agree-specialists. So sometimes farmers could not take
proper decisions in critical conditions by themselves. As result production hampers.

Another problem is our negative mentality to farming. Most of the people thought that farming is
a low-classes work. As a result, we see that young peoples are preferring to be jobless rather
than doing farm.

Our Solution:
For solving these problems, we have plan from two sides. The first side is to making a agree-saver
where each and every farm of our country will be connected. We will give service to them in
exchange of a small amount of money. As a result, a co-ordination will be establish among the
farms all over the country. Because, we can evaluate which and how much product we are
harvesting in entire country and give proper suggestion to farmers that which product is the most
profitable for this year.

Besides co-ordination we will made a help-center office in every regions. From here farmers could
have technical and all other kinds of supports and this will help to ensure the highest use of
resources and reduce dissipation.

Since we are connecting the farms, a network of farm will be produced. Now if we connect a group
of specialist with this network, then the communication will be more easier with agree-specialists
and farmers among the country. Thus will help farmers to take proper decisions in critical
conditions.

The another side of our plan is to make some model interconnected smart farms by us. When we
will make good profits from these farms, we will arrange seminars, workshops and other
programmes to the universities along with other places to spread out the thoughts of smart-farming.
Then we can easily spread the the concept that, farming is not a low class work rather it needs
educated enthusiast entrepreneurs.

Product Features:
As we are connecting small and large every farms of our country, a network of farms will be
formed. Then we will create a data bank of farms. So, it could be easily evaluate which product will
be how much produced. Thus farmer could take suggestion that which farm will be the most
profitable for this year. Besides this it will know us the current and future situation of harvesting.
There will be a help center in each region of country. Farmers could get any kind of help and advice
in any time from there. Besides there could be a call-center for help. Farmers could talk to
specialists by these if necessary. If phone call is not enough, farmer could send evidence or video
chat to specialists through operators.

Besides, farmer could buy necessary elements like seeds, fertilizer, vaccine etc. from help center
over phone. They can get technical support like plough land by tractor or other by calling there.

As a lot of farm will be connected to the server, we can re-use the wastage of a certain farm to
another farm more efficiently. For instance, cow-dunk could be collected from dairy farm and
supplied as fertilizer to paddy field and again straw could be collected from paddy field and
supplied to dairy.

Sometimes it is seen that the government’s development project can not be reached to smaller farm.
But if we are able to connected all farms, it will be easier to reach the projects to every farms.

Target Groups:
Our main target group is the new entrepreneurs whom cannot find places to invest and the existing
farmers. The jobless youth are also one of our target group.

Branding:
The initial plane of branding is to make some model inter connected farms in several places. As the
farms are facing less miss-management, the production will be higher. When the farmers of vicinity
will see that higher profit could be made by connecting to our server, they will be willing to connect
to our server by themselves.

After this we can arrange several programs like seminars, workshop to some places along with
universities. This will make enthusiast general people about our smart farming concept.

And obviously we will publish add. To TV channels, print medias, banners etc. to spread out our
smart farming concept and advantage of connecting farms with our server.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

Though there are some groups that helps farmers exchange of money but actually we do not have
any competitor in our field. Because Our concept is totally new. There are some groups which are
trading seeds,fertilizers etc. but they are also not our competitor cause our main business is to
connecting not those elements.

As we do not have competitor the model farm and the branding policy will be enough as our
strategy.
Financial Analysis:
Invest: Initial investment is making a server and making and connecting model farms in
sevarel places of our country to it. Then making help-center in every region and buying required
equipments. The cost of branding and initially the salary of employees are also in investment.

Profit:The initial plane of profit is from model farm. We can make a good income if we are
successfully able to manage those farms.

The master plane of our profit is to taking a little money for staying connected to our
server. For instance, there are 22 million acres of culivable land in our country. If we are able to
connect only 10 million acres and take 100 taka per acres per month, then our monthly income will
be 1 billion taka.

We can make profit through the products sold from help centers also.
