Set Up Your Own Meal Plan
(1200 Calorie Example)
The Goal Breakfast
With the 1200 calorie diet option, you will eat five Snack
200 Calories 100 Calories
small meals per day, and 2 additional snacks. Eating 5
small meals will still allow your body to fully utilize the
Fat Blaster Plan. DO NOT increase your calories for 7:00am 1 protein and one 2 Hours after breakfast eat
only 3 meals, as this may hinder the effect of the veggie 1 fruit

your metabolism.
Ex Egg whites and spinach 9:00am Fruit
• 3 Meals (1 protein in each) 1 veggie in each
• 2 Snack (Melba Toast) (Jell-O sugar free) Ex number 2 Grilled If your fruit is strawberries
• 2 Fruits per day (do not eat two different fruits in
Chicken and Veggie or grapes do a small
one sitting) handful
• (Don’t eat fruit in the same sitting you eat protein
in)
