What companies are attending that you are  I was interested in attending a virtual meeting with the Nike
interested in talking to?  Unlocked recruiter.

What information have you researched  Some information that I researched about Nike was what skills
about these companies?  and experience that the company values. I think that it is
always important to compare these to yourself and see if it is a
good fit. I also looked at their mission statement as well as
their culture and values. Their mission statement was “create
groundbreaking sports innovations, make our products
sustainably, build a creative and diverse global team, and
make a positive impact in commuties where we live and work.”

Question 1:  Do you have many positions in your company that could

interest people outside of the apparel and design industry?

“If you have any interests there is probably a position we have

for you”
- This was interesting to hear and positive that their
company has a variety of job opportunities for people of all
interests.

Question 2:   What is the busiest season for workers and merchandisers?

“Fall is usually the busiest season”

- This was a bit surprising to hear because I assumed it
would be summer. I feel that people are generally more active
throughout the summer time and because Nike is an
activewear company, I assumed the two would go hand-in-
hand.

Question 3:  What is your personal favoirte thing about working in the

company?

“My favorite thing changes all the time. One thing I constantly
love is walking around the Nike campus.”
- I was very interested to hear about what her favorite
thing was. It’s important to learn about what the employees
enjoy doing.
