2. (a) Commercial advertisements are not entitled to enjoy the fundamental right under Art. 19(1)

(b) Do a comparative study of two Acts, namely-- Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable
Advertisements) Act, 1954 and Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements)
