Job Responsibilities:
 Hands-on-Experience working with Huawei U2000, M2000, NPTS, RTTS, OSN 2500,3500.
 Following up the Emails, replying to the corresponding Emails at the earliest.
 Updating / Escalating the customer for the ongoing issues using Applications (MNOC SMS/ MOS
Huawei SMS Tool ,NPTS).
 Supporting Tx FO team whenever required for technical issues as well as while team facing excess work
