Newly appointed and promoted personnel of PSA RSSO II took their oath of
office

The Philippine Statistics Authority Region Statistical Services Office 2 (PSA RSSO II)
welcomed new appointees and congratulated newly promoted personnel in the oath taking
ceremony on June 3, 2020 at the PSA Regional Office 02, City Hall Annex Building, Enrile
Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

In her welcome remarks, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Milagros Adduru congratulated
the newly appointed and newly promoted personnel. She related that the Oath taking rights
is not just a mere ceremony; it is also a promise to faithfully fulfill the duties and obligations
vested to them.

Regional Director (RD) Marilyn T. Estrada on the other hand, in

her inspirational speech remind the newly instituted and
appointed personnel to take care of the trust and
responsibility given to them, “you have to abide with the Civil
Service and other regulating agencies, improve yourself in
terms of digital transformation and most of all stay humble
and committed to your work,” RD Estrada said.

She further states to love every workload given to them, “if you love your work, you will not
fail. Take it seriously,” RD Estrada said.

6 employees from the Regional Office, PSO Batanes and PSO Cagayan were inducted
namely; Ma. Visitacion Tuliao as Statistical Analyst, Catherine S. Pauig promoted as
Registration Officer I, Vivian T. Balubal newly hired as Administrative Assistant III, Gershan
V. Gato Jr., Sheryll Elaine S. Rigua promoted as Statistical Analyst II, Raziel T. Pagunuran
promoted as Administrative Officer III.

promotion

Meanwhile, in his closing remarks, Statistical Operations

and Coordinating Division (SOCD) Chief, Engr. Girme M.
Bayucan reminded them to their job efficiently, he also
said that their family should not suffer over their career
but be sure to do their job according to their conscience.

The oath-taking ceremonies were also attended and

witnessed by Chief Statistical Specialist (CSS) Engr. Elena U. Rivera of PSA-Cagayan and
CSS Ramil G. Abad of PSA Batanes.
