REFLECTION
This course is very good which I learn many new things to make a proper activity to run a project. It is good to find root cause by all
method the explained and then make a proposed solution. Because sometimes solution comes before root cause analysis which it can waste the
effort. Besides, I learn good things to build a team, plan a project until financial evaluation. Process mapping is important so we know actual
process map and it useful for another member that not face day to day operation. So all of team member has a good knowledge of process map
